Room location near laundry area was terrible!!! The mildew smell on the second floor needs attention!!! Sticky furniture surfaces in the room are quite off-putting!!!

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to access Rose Rudman Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful walk, and Broadway Square Mall, which was just a quick stroll away, perfect for some shopping after exploring the city. I spent 2 nights in a King Room Non-Smoking and it was everything I hoped for! The cleanliness was great, with the housekeeping team ensuring everything sparkled. Plus, the full breakfast each morning was a good way to start the day, especially with options that catered to everyone's taste.
